Now add oyster sauce and toss for 2-3 minutes.

Then add the beans, fry for 1 minute. Now put in all the remaining vegetables into it. Stir fry them for 2-3 minutes till they are cooked according to your choice.
(Those who like it partially cooked should fry it for 1½ minute).

Add the previously cooked maggi and saute for 1 more minute till they are very nicely mixed.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
I'm sure you would like it! :)

Though I dont recommend any use of sauces for this recipe...however, you can add some tomato or chilly sauce if you cant live without them.

CHEESE MAGGI

INGREDIENTS:

1 packet maggi (with tastemaker™)
a little amount of mozerella cheese (you can take as much as you like)
1 big or 2 small green chillies

METHOD:

Bring to boil 1 and half cup of water in a saucepan.
Add green chillies, then take maggi and break it into four pieces (make them even smaller if you want it that way).

Add tastemaker and cook it for 30 seconds to one minute. Grate the mozerella into the saucepan and cook it for one more minute.

Take it out of flame after it is done.

You can garnish it with coriander leaves if you want but I would recommend it without that.

Happy Snacking! :)
